Dylan Haugen
18-year-old professional dunker from Blaine, Minnesota. Six contest wins, a DunkMan League athlete, and the founder of the Minnesota Dunk Squad.
The Story
Dylan Haugen hit his first dunk at 13 years old, standing just 5’8″. By 16 he won his first dunk contest, and in 2024 he made the call to quit high school basketball and go all in on dunking. The bet paid off fast: six contest wins, a flyout to a pro contest in Maryland, and a signing with the Shaq-backed DunkMan League.
In July 2023, after coming home from Dunk Camp in Utah, Dylan founded the Minnesota Dunk Squad to build that same dunk community at home. What started as a few guys meeting at the University of Minnesota has grown into the most-followed dunk group on social media, with dunkers now flying in from across the country to session with the crew.
He is known for a fearless, creative bag. Dylan was the youngest person to ever hit the hide-and-seek dunk, and he landed the first-ever inverted scorpion over a person in a dunk contest. Off the court he hosts the Dunk Talk Podcast and co-founded Local Service Spotlight, and he has been featured by KARE 11, Dunkademics, and Strictly B-Ball.
