Justin Blanchard is a 25-year-old dunker from Farmington, Minnesota, and a PE major who founded the Winona State dunk club, one of the first college dunk clubs in the country.
He believes dunking is the most electric, momentum-building maneuver in all of sports, paired with the creativity and self expression that make it so thrilling to watch and to do.
